Sioux Falls, South Dakota – January 28, 2021. The 2020 Watertown Area Family Business of the Year Award was presented by the Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Prairie Family Business Association to the Johnson Family of Reliabank in recognition of 100 years of continuing success as a family business.

Founded in 1920, Reliabank celebrated 100 years in business throughout 2020 with giveaways, contests, and community activities. Reliabank’s mission is to provide innovative banking solutions in a changing world while maintaining hometown service to its customers. Currently, Reliabank is in its third generation of family owners and has 9 locations across eastern South Dakota.

Reliabank was also the recipient of Prairie Family Business Association’s Heritage Award in 2020, which recognizes family businesses that have been in operation for 75 years or longer.
