Western Products was founded in 1948 by Peter Schuck and was purchased by the Bullinger Family in 1984. In its over 70 years in business, Western Products has grown to be one of the largest home improvement companies in the upper Midwest. “The Bullinger Family has been intentional about spending time working on their business. The Edward Shorma Excellence in Family Business Award was established by the Shorma Family in 2015 to acknowledge and celebrate the importance of family-owned businesses to the economy and the region.
