Travas Uthe, first generation founder of Trav’s Outfitters based in Watertown, South Dakota, joins the advisory board.
Stephanie Larscheid, Executive Director, comments on the additions to the advisory board. “We have an excellent advisory board who understands the real value of Prairie Family Business Association. Megan, Marnie and Travas, as well as their families, are engaged members of the Association. We are excited to interact with them on a regular basis as we develop and plan our programs and member engagements for the future. They each bring a unique, valuable, family business perspective to the advisory board.” After completing a three-year term on the Advisory Board, the Association recognizes outgoing advisory board member Stacey Thomas, second generation owner of Specialized Cleaning & Restoration, headquartered in Bismarck, North Dakota.
Howard, Ochs-Raleigh and Uthe begin a three-year term. The mission of the advisory board is to provide insight on programs of value and referrals of family businesses while helping to fulfill the Association’s purpose to help family businesses thrive through generations.
