Applying Neuroscience to Peer Groups:
Techniques to inspire deep listening, revitalize energy, and connect differently in groups.
In this session, we will explore some of the latest research about neural synchronization and practice techniques to help groups ‘entrain’ or synchronize with each other. Once they can do this, and many groups are already good at it, they can leverage their entrainment to tackle trickier issues or resolve conflict in new ways. This session is high-level, intended for experienced facilitators, and will include a lot of interactive practice.

Participants will receive their Facilitation Certification from PFBA and will be noted accordingly on www.fambus.org/apg.
